Efrem is the founder of unDisrupted. He is a technologist at heart, bringing decades of experience in technology in general, specifically in the realms of Cyber Security.
He has led the transformation of the Information Security function within Malta's Public Sector IT service provisioning Agency and was responsible for the development and implementation of the National Cyber Security Strategy within the Maltese islands.

He also spearheaded a national Cyber Security awareness campaign and promoted secure technology development at the Maltese Innovation Technology Regulator.
